The Lemm PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization) is an organization whose purpose is to strengthen, enhance and encourage the educational and social environment of Lemm Elementary. Its goals are to complement the school curriculum with additional opportunities for parents, teachers and students to learn, socialize, communicate, and grow.

All Lemm parents are a part of the PTO and we invite everyone to participate. The time commitment depends on the role, but there is certainly a good fit for you! You can see a full description of each board position here and submit your application here.

ABOUT LEMM PTO

What does the PTO do?

  • Field Trips

    We sponsor Principal approved trips that enrich education and offer a unique opportunity for students to create connections, which will help them gain understanding and develop an enjoyment of learning.

  • Hospitality

    Our hospitality volunteers provide delicious Teacher Appreciation receptions monthly, host Donuts with Grownups, Breakfast with Santa and much more.

  • Technology

    The funds we raise give our children and teachers many different forms of technology in the classroom from Chromebook’s, charging carts to software license that aid in their learning daily.

  • Events

    We also host the annual Talent Show, Skating Party, Family Movie Night, Winter Parties and many other bonding activities for students and parents to attend.

  • Fundraising

    Each month we have restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops and more that partner with us to raise funds on Spirit Nights. We also raise funds with Walk-A-Thons, Fall Fest, Bake Sales, and other fundraising activities.
